| The "Serenity" summer home is located on the north shore of the Big Platte
Lake in Benzie County, Michigan. You are only minutes from the Platte River, Lake Michigan and the Villages of Frankfort, Honor, Beulah and Benzonia. There are plenty of restaurants, gift shops, and recreation opportunities within a few minutes of your door. Interlochen and the Interlochen Music Academy is about 15 minutes east on US 31. Traverse City is approximately 35 minutes east with it's abundance of shopping. |

| There are plenty things to see in the area including the Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore
and Dunes. The Point Betsie Lighthouse and Platte River Bay on Lake Michigan are a short drive up Deadstream Road to Scenic Highway M22. |

Over a dozen golf courses are within 30 minutes of your door or plan a canoe trip down
the Platte or Betsie Rivers. A multitude of dining and shopping opportunities are available in nearby Frankfort, Beulah, Benzonia, and Honor. Throughout the summer season there are plenty of festivals, art fairs, and free concerts around the area. |
| Big Platte Lake offers excellent fishing and boating opportunities. A variety of fish
can be caught on the lake. The lake itself is both river and spring fed and over 2500 acres in size, approximately
5 miles long and 2 miles wide. Plenty of room for water skiing or pontooning. A sandy bottom beach is in front
