2008 CABIN AND TRAILER RENTAL RATES AND TERMS

Rental rates are based on a party of four (4) persons or less.
DAILY:
$75.00 per trailer unit
$75.00 per cabin unit
WEEKLY:
$450.00 per trailer unit
$450.00 per cabin unit
EXTRA PERSONS:
$9.00 per adult (17 years or older) per day
$6.00 per child (5-16 years) per day
Children under 5 free
This unit will be available for occupancy at 3:00 PM on the day of your reservation.
CHECK OUT:
Check out time is 12:00 noon. A fee if $15.00 per hour past checkout time will be added to your bill, unless prior arrangements have been made.
A deposit of $50.00 is required at the time of the reservation. This deposit will be retained as a security deposit. After campground staff has inspected the unit, and the keys and television remote control have been returned, the deposit will be returned. If the reservation is for a week or more, a deposit of $100.00 is required.
All rental units have basic dishes, table service, pots and pans and television. However, we do recommend that you bring sleeping bags, pillows, towels, and electrical appliance such as coffee pots and electric frying pans.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE RENTAL UNITS.

WEEKLY SITE:
Rates are based on six days @ the daily rate-seventh day is free.
MONTHLY SITE:
$521.00 (Includes water & electric-20 amp.)

$605.00 (Includes water, electric-50 amp. & sewer)
TWO OR MORE CONSECUTIVE MONTHS:

Monthly rates must be paid at one time. Daily or weekly rates previously paid cannot be applied to the monthly rates.

SITE STORAGE:
$50.00 per month (November 1 throught April 30). Requirements: Must check-in at the office and pay for your camping fees before plugging into any electricity and disconnect when leaving.
DRY STORAGE:
$25.00 month in our storage area with one-month minimum
$240.00 per year payable in advance.
OTHER SERVICES:
$6.00 per move on or off site by our vehicle (48 Hours advance notice required)
$6.00 per pump out
$7.00 off road use of dump station
$13.00 per back flush
$16.00 per emergency pump out
RESERVATIONS:
During the spring & summer camping season, a $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required (two day minimum on river sites), except for holidays which require a three-day minimum.
Check with us for special requirements for reservations during the months of September & October.
A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required for monthly reservations.
TERMS:
All camping, materials, and labor are due when supplied.
Monthly Storage – due on the first of each month. Yearly storage rates must be paid in total prior to the first month of storage. Winter storage due Nov. 1 st. NO REFUNDS.
